🔐 LDAP Authentication ＆ Single Sign-On
The Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) is an open, cross-platform software protocol used for authentication and communication in directory services. LDAP stores user accounts and passwords, and shares them with other entities across the network. This allows applications and users to find and verify the information they need across FJCU.
In short, LDAP enables a Single Sign-On (SSO) experience: one login grants access to all authorized services within the session time limit.

🌐 Wi-Fi Services
Wireless network services are available across the campus. Users are able to access internet resources upon successful authentication with their LDAP account and password.
Please note that FJCU currently provides only two official SSIDs for users: FJU-2.4GHz and FJU-5GHz. To ensure your information security and avoid potential risks, please verify that you are connecting to these official SSIDs.

💿 Licensed Software
FJCU provides a variety of licensed software, including the Windows operating system (multilingual) , Microsoft Office (multilingual), Adobe Creative Cloud (multilingual), antivirus programs, and more. These are available for faculty, staff, and students.
For software installation requests, our dedicated staff is available to assist you during office hours. Please visit our office at room SF416, 4th Floor, Divine Word Academic Highrise. (聖言樓)
🖥️ Open-Access Computer Labs
During the semester, students may access these labs by presenting a valid student ID. The labs are open from 08:00 to 22:00 (except during scheduled classes and system maintenace).
The following open-access computer labs are available:
- Room SF340-1, 3rd Floor, Divine Word Academic Highrise (聖言樓)
- Room LE404B, 4th Floor, Liberal Enlightenment Hall (文開樓)
- Room ES400, 4th Floor, School of Continuing Education Building (進修部大樓)
Note: These labs are closed during winter and summer vacations.
